Installation Preparation
1. WAS and DB Installation
To install BXM, the following solutions must be installed.

WAS (Web Application Server): This document uses Tomcat 9 as the standard. (online)

DB: This document uses Oracle 12c as the standard. (online/batch)
2. Creating Installation Accounts
For installation, both a Server account and a DB account must be created.
2.1. Server Account

BXM installation Server account: bxmv5

If WAS is installed under a separate account, when WAS starts, it deploys the BXM application and creates class files in the deploy directory. Therefore, it is convenient if the BXM installation account has read/write permission on the WAS files.

Therefore, it is recommended to put the installation account in the same group as the WAS administration account and grant read/write permission to this group.
