commit-interval Batch parameter definition

In the batch job xml, it is possible to define the commit-interval value for each Step. However, when trying to change the commit-interval value in the xml during operation, the batch job xml must be redefined and deployed with the modified commit-interval value. To solve this problem, a function is provided that allows the commit-interval value to be defined and used for each Step on the batch job management screen.
